Gala Dinner (Nov 8)

* 6% GST will be added to these rates.

Regular Delegate Rate – includes all conference materials, refreshment breaks and two lunches.

Day Rate – includes conference materials, refreshment breaks and lunch on the selected day.

Gala Dinner – the dinner is not included in the above rates.  

(Note that capacity is limited for the dinner, so please purchase your tickets early)

 

Payment Options: Payment may be made by cheque, money order, VISA or MasterCard.

Cancellation/Substitution Policy:   All cancellations must be received in writing. The amount paid less a 25% processing fee will be refunded for cancellations post-marked or faxed prior to Oct. 6. Following this date, no refunds will be given, but substitutes may be sent. Community Futures of the Pacific Northwest (CFDC-PNW) reserves the right to modify the conference program or to cancel or postpone the conference. CFDC-PNW is not responsible for any non-refundable expenses incurred for travel and accommodations associated with this event.
